superb hotel experience

efficient service valet parking central location

the staff provided VERY efficient service from arrival. valet parking worked well. i found the gallery relaxing and with a great atmosphere. the location is also VERY central for shopping.

the cooling system in the room struggled a bit with the warm weather.

The location was very convenient. I could easily access nearby shopping areas. The valet parking service was efficient, and the staff were cute. The gallery offered a relaxing atmosphere for an afternoon drink.

Building work outside created noise. It started early in the morning. I was not informed about this beforehand.

WOW, the staff WAS friendly. I walked to major attractions with ease. A variety of restaurants were available in the hotel. I WILL definitely stay here again!

The gym seems very old! It contains one bike and one treadmill. Our bathroom was breathtakingly small and snug.
